How should the property be prepared for the shoot?
We recommend that you prepare the property the same way you would for a showing. Clean spaces always shoot better so we suggest that clutter be minimized. All lights should be functioning and turned on on the day of the shoot. Fireplaces always shoot really well and should be functioning and turned on if possible. Same with water features, they should be functioning and turned on.
